Delivery

The delivery time is estimated and starts from the date of shipment, instead of the day of the order. The Greek perfumer Georgios L. Papachatzis. accepts no responsibility for late delivery caused by any third party. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. All orders require a signature upon receipt, because we cannot place the product in post office boxes.

Returns

In case you wish to return your goods, please contact the customer service of JOUR NAPER Greek Perfumery at info@thegreekperfumer.com and provide full details of your original order. The Greek perfumer Georgios L. Papachatzis hopes that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund, exchange or replacement within fourteen days of receipt of the goods, only if the items have not been opened and are in their original packaging.

Please have a proof of purchase when entering your return and enclose the original shipping note or add a cover letter with your contact details and order number and clearly state whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by the Greek perfumer George L. Papachaji before the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after receipt of the goods. Delivery charges are not refundable, nor are your costs for returning the goods to us.

Sale items

Goods purchased as a sale item or special purchase cannot be returned or refunded.

Special orders

Special orders cannot be refunded or reimbursed.

Defective products
